Orders and checkout

Do I need an account to buy?

Yes. You must register or log in before you can complete checkout. That lets us tie your purchase to your dashboard and support you if something goes wrong.

How do I pay?

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Complete the steps on the payment screen; you will see a confirmation when the order succeeds.

Can I change my order after paying?

Contact us as soon as possible via Contact Us. Whether we can adjust an order depends on the product and whether keys or access have already been delivered.

Digital products

How do I get my game?

After payment, check your dashboard for order details. Delivery may be a download link, a product key, or instructions—we follow what is listed for each game.

What if my key or download does not work?

Email support@hyperzgaming.com with your order reference, game title, and what happens when you try to redeem or install. We will help troubleshoot.

Is everything in stock?

Games marked Sold out on the shop cannot be added to the cart until stock returns.

I forgot my password

Use the login page flow if a “forgot password” option exists; otherwise contact support and we can verify your account and help you reset access.

Why did my cart empty?

Carts are usually stored in your browser session. Clearing cookies, using another device, or long idle time can clear the cart. Add items again before checkout.
